The Green Energy Collaborative (GEC) is a program administered by Citizen Power aimed at promoting renewable energy resource development by encouraging individuals in Pennsylvania to purchase renewable electricity. Citizen Power is a non-profit 501(c)3 consumer and environmental advocacy organization based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. TriEagle Energy is a Texas-based electricity supplier that is licensed by the Pennsylvania Public Utilities Commission. Citizen Power has teamed up with TriEagle Energy to provide individuals with 100% certified renewable energy at the lowest possible price. Citizen Power is absorbing the start-up cost and the cost of marketing and incentives as part of its mission.
