RENEWALS

Renewing your contract with TriEagle is easy, but you have to make sure that you input our webcode (CITIZEN) in order to continue to receive the special discount rate and 100% wind. TriEagle will send you the first contract expiration notice about two months before the expiration date. Please follow their instructions. If you have misplaced your notice, this is what to do:

• Click here to open TriEagle's renewals page.
• Enter your Duquesne Light, Peco, PPL, MetEd, Penelec, or West Penn account number (or your zip code if asked) and click on the "Submit Request" button.
• If you are within 60 days of the expiration of your contract, you will see a page displaying your zip code and a box for a webcode. Make sure that the webcode reads "CITIZEN". This will entitle you to the 100% wind electricity plans at our special prices. Then click on the "Continue" button.
• The next page displays our current rates. Prices change occasionally and may not be the same as when you first signed up. Pick the contract length (12-, 24-, or 36-month) that you would like and then click the "Details" button. After reading the details, click on the "Start Sign-up" button.
• The next page will display your name, phone number, email, and service and billing addresses. Make any changes that are necessary, and click on continue.
• On the confirmation pages, review all the information and if you agree then check the three certification boxes. When you are ready, click on the "Accept" button. TriEagle will email you your new service agreement.
• Remember, IT IS ESSENTIAL that you enter our webcode in the webcode block if it is blank. If you do not enter a webcode you will NOT be purchasing the 100% wind product. You will be signing up for the non-green product.
