Once you submit the form below, you will be sent to the TriEagle website with your "CITIZEN" discount webcode to view your options, verify your choice, and complete the process of switching your electricity provider should you choose to do so.

  • I have read and understand the Green Energy Collaborative Questions and Policies.
    • I understand that my existing supplier may charge me an early contract termination fee, and I have checked with my supplier to determine if one applies in my situation. (Click here for supplier contact information.) I also understand that TriEagle Energy charges an early termination fee of $125 should I switch away to another supplier. (Early termination fee does no apply if customer moves, sells home, or otherwise ends service with Duquesne Light.)
